ABOUT THIS ROLE The Manager, Outbound Marketing will be a dedicated partner to scale and expand our member marketing programs, focusing on retention. Leveraging your outbound marketing expertise, you will translate objectives into project plans for email and push marketing campaigns. You will work across seven marketplaces (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, India, and Brazil), demonstrating proficiency in both independent work and collaboration within cross-functional project teams. This position is a 24 month fixed-term contract. As a Manager, Outbound Marketing, you will – Be responsible for developing outbound marketing concepts to drive member marketing campaigns on a global scale – Develop and maintain a comprehensive outbound marketing test plan – Collaborate cross-functionally with Retention, Product, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities and scale new features for retention – Partner with the Marketing Operations team for planning and requesting email and push notifications – Optimize Outbound strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Operations team to refine targeting and tactics for better performance of KPIs based on results – Monitor and analyze outbound marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to the team to drive informed decision-making ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
