Today, more than 4,400 experts from over 50 countries contribute to our sustainable success. • As Technology Transfer Manager you play an active role in distributing Miltenyi Biotec's innovative and exciting vision cell-based therapy manufacturing on a national and international level. • You plan, organize and manage the smooth technology transfer of our analytical method and manufacturing process platforms. • Technical leadership of the internal transfer team, including responsibility for the successful implementation of the transfer. • You supervise transfer-related activities including relevant documentation and timelines in the context of the overall project planning. • Key interface function to other departments inside and outside the manufacturing organization as well as committee work with our external network. • Continuous strategical development of technology transfer concepts. • Graduated in relevant university study in the field of biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, engineering or a comparable qualification • Several years of job experience, preferably in the area of process development / quality by design, technology transfer, manufacturing or quality control • Sound knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements • Enthusiasm in taking responsibility and a hands-on mentality in a dynamic environment • Excellent communication skills, a reliable and structured, solution-oriented way of working • Very strong competence in English (speaking, listening, writing), German language would be a plus. • Flexible and remote work: Enable time management on your terms • Diversity: International teams and cross-border intercultural communication • Room for creativity: It’s the most clever solution that we always strive for • Miltenyi University: A clever mind never stops learning, take advantage of our inhouse Training Academy If you have the skills and qualifications required for this position, please use the link to send us your documents (cover letter, resume, references and certificates).
